Welcome to Le Rosier. This holiday home is a picturesque, large cottage next to a converted mill-house in the centre of the Bretagne hamlet of Boudrach. This home-away-from-home has plenty of character to suit a wide variety of guests and holiday-makers, with excellent and comfortable space for up to 8 persons.
Le Rosier (French for Rosebush) was build circa 1930 as a large and spacious home to be used by the families that worked in the adjacent flour Mill that is now disused. Recently refurbished, Le Rosier now comprises of three large, spacious double-bedrooms (one en-suite) and 2 main bathrooms with showers. These rooms are spread over the top two floors of the house. However, on the ground floor, the proverbial heart of the house, Le Rosier comprises of a very modern kitchen come diner area and a separate lounge.
The Kitchen equipment includes has hob and oven, large upright fridge and freezer, microwave and family sized dishwaher.
Adjacent to the spacious kitchen is an excellent storage area and utility room with washing machine.
For rainy days, Le Rosier also has satellite television as well as a dvd player.
